É um bom hotel mas precisa rever os valores das tarifas e treinar melhor o pessoal de recepção.
Acomodações , café da manhã.
Achei os funcionários da recepção pouco preparados quanto a informações , não demonstram interesse em ajudar , me deram um mapa rasgado pois não tinham outro . O pessoal não se comunica bem , nem mesmo no portunhol.

Fantástico
Ficamos presos no elevador, durante 25 minutos. Não pediram desculpas. Acustica entre as suítes não é boa (podemos ouvir a televisão ligada da suíte ao lado). Café da manhã sem variedades, porém razoável.

Localização, ambiente tranquila, funcionários atenciosos.
Café da manhã, poucas opções, frutas não muito gostosas, serviram fruta em conserva no lugar de natural, demora na reposição dos alimentos/frutas.. Pelo valor cobrado, caro, a qualidade poderia ser melhor!
